1. Extraction options:

● Auto Extraction: SLA-D14800 or other automatic nucleic acid extraction instrument with BACME’s RNA Extraction Kit.

● Manual Extraction: QIAamp DSP Viral RNA Mini Kit (50 RNA preps, cat#61904) by QIAGEN is recommended.

2. LoD (Limit of Detection): 3.2 copies/reaction for 1a/b gene.

3. qPCR Cycler options:

ABI 7500, ABI Q5, BioRad CFX96, Agilent Mx3000P/Mx3005P, SLAN-96P.

4. Validity:
